- All attendees must maintain professional conduct throughout the event.
- Respectful behavior towards speakers, organizers, and fellow attendees is mandatory.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to remove any participant who violates the code of conduct.

- SSBMT and SSH are not responsible for personal belongings, injuries, or damages during the event.
